A woman said the driver of a Nissan threw ice cream on and inside her car around 4:45 p.m. on September 14 as the two headed west on Snow near the Interstate 71.

The woman told police she saw the Nissan’s front passenger window slide down. A towel, bag, and white liquid flew out the window. The woman saw a girl eating ice cream in the passenger seat.

The woman rolled down her window and advised the Nissan driver, the girl’s mother, to turn around and pick up the trash. The driver made an obscene gesture at the woman, shouted profanity and drove off.

Then the driver of the Nissan slowed, almost to a stop, allowing the woman to catch up with him. The driver threw an ice cream cone at the woman, almost hitting her in the head. The woman called 911 and started following the Nissan driver.

The woman spun the Nissan on Ohio 237 southbound towards Berea. She followed the Nissan around Berea, eventually losing the car on Kraft Street, but not before taking a photo of the Nissan’s license plate.

The woman said she wanted to file a complaint against the Nissan driver because, although his car was not damaged, it took her husband an hour to clean the ice from the body and the interior of the car. the car.

Police identified the driver of the Nissan by looking for the license plate number. She admitted to throwing ice cream on the woman, but only after the woman spat on her daughter. The Nissan driver complained that the woman was following her “everywhere like crazy”.

The incident was turned over to a prosecutor for review.

A witness supported the older man’s story, adding that the two fighters were pushing and jostling each other in the bathroom hallway, and the younger man pinned the older man to the floor before him punching. Other bowlers interrupted the fight.

The old man wanted to press charges against the younger one. Police referred the case to a prosecutor for possible charges.
