Real estate, Dea Capital RE creates the first pan-European fund

DeA Capital Real Estate SGR announces the creation of its first pan-European fund dedicated to institutional investors: DeA Capital Real Estate Investment Fund I, with an inflow target of up to €500 million. The Fund, incorporated under Luxembourg law (RAIF), will invest in the main European markets, in office buildings and, to a lesser extent, in hotel and retail assets.

The investment strategy of DeA Capital Real Estate SGR – explains a note – is that of built to core which, by capturing current market trends, offers investors the possibility of defending themselves against rising inflation and taking the most out of their real estate investment. At the heart of the asset allocation strategy is in fact the transformation and requalification of the Fund’s assets into commodities, with profitable rental positions, high-quality tenants, attention to environmental, social and energy sustainability of buildings, which have now become a priority for managers and investors.
