Bowling Family in free concert on June 18 at Freedom Fellowship

SIDNEY – Popular Christian singing group The Bowling Family will be offering a free concert and service at Freedom Fellowship on Friday, June 18 at 7 p.m.

The church is located at 1690 Michigan St. in Sidney Plaza.

The Bowling family combines talent, sincerity and experience to inaugurate the presence of God. Frankness, truth and hopeful stories take center stage in the evening.

They witness the miracles that flow from the struggle. And in this season that has tested and tested all of humanity, this team of women called GOD has a special place in the world of music and ministry, according to Kelly Bowling.

The group consists of Kelly, his eldest daughter, Hope, who is 21; Katelanne, who is 17 years old; and Gracie, 14. Hope officially joined The Bowling Family on stage, full time, about eight years ago. Things change, life has unfolded, and Katelanne and Gracie entered the line-up in a major way in 2021.

Family is no stranger to the world of Christian music, with Kelly having a long list of accomplishments during her vocal career. She has spent over 15 years with her family, the Crabb family. During that time, they received three GRAMMY nominations, 11 Dove Awards, 16 number one songs, and many other accomplishments.

Kelly can be heard on the family hits “Don’t You Wanna Go”, “Good Day”, “Jesus Will Do What You Can’t”, “Trail Of Tears”, as well as singing harmonies on all the others. .

Kelly and her daughters really bring their own unique sound to any scene. The addition of the three Bowling Girls brings a youthful and refreshing sound that is somewhat reminiscent of the early days of the Crabb family.

Kelly Bowling said she praised, loved and sang a song of encouragement for the rest of her life. Her children are cut from the same fabric.

Kelly said, “God called me before me. So, as long as I have breath in my body, I will be found talking about the goodness of Jesus. In good seasons, in difficult seasons, in healthy seasons, in less healthy seasons, I will say his fidelity.

The Bowling Family will be giving a free public concert and church service on Friday, June 18 at 7 p.m. at the Freedom Fellowship in Sidney. The Bowlings, Katelanne, left, Kelly, Hope and Gracie have a long history in Christian music and award recipients. The church is located at 1690 Michigan St. in Sidney Plaza.
