2020 Disability Equality Index awards Synchrony’s best score for fourth consecutive year

This month marks the 30e anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Synchrony is honored to be recognized as a “Best Workplace for Inclusion of People with Disabilities” based on the 100% score it received from the American Association of Disabilities. People with Disabilities (AAPD) and Disability: IN theirs DCI 2020, the most comprehensive disability inclusion assessment tool. DCI 2020 measured key performance indicators including culture and leadership, company-wide access, employment practices, community engagement and supplier diversity.
